FOUNDER

Pearlie is a native of Durham, NC. Coming out of college in 2015 as an HBCU Music major graduate, she headed to Disney as an Intern in Operations, which led her back to her hometown to build her foundation. With her Minor being in Business Administration, she worked 7 months as an Receptionist and 6 months as an AP Analyst for the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the US for the Southeast region.

Next, she proceeded to County Government as an Office Assistant for 3 years in Public Health, which led to some of her most crucial development as a professional. She provided administrative support to one division with five teams and oversaw a budget of four-five million dollars each fiscal year, while submitting grant reports, reviewing federal and state budgets, creating courses in LMS, assisting with events, participating as a member of the Perfect Service Committee and being the Project Manager for an offsite-location.

In 2020, Pearlie shifted her occupation and started working for one of Durham’s top church’s as the Administrator/Coordinator. In that same year, she spent her last year in government as an Outreach Worker for gang-involved youth with case management.

In mid 2021, she adventured back to Accounts Payable for close to a year and started digging into the launch of Pearlie J. Enterprises full-time.

In 2022 she returned to Corporate America and worked in the Dean’s office for the top school in the United States for Nursing, which eventually led her to working for the Chairs Office in the top school of Pediatrics.

Pearlie has been building her skillset in customer service, administration, management, event planning, operations and branding.

There is no box she will be put in. Pearlie believes if she is assigned to it for purpose, then fruition will come to it.
